About the Game

In a game all about making people feel good about themselves, one player, the fisher, receives compliments from the other players, the fish.

The fish write the compliments on dry erase fish-shaped cards based on prompts from one of three compliment categories: Living (everyday topics), Laughing (light-hearted subjects), and Loving (affectionate themes).

Meanwhile, the fisher writes down what the fish might say about them on a separate dry erase card, called the Catch of the Day card.

Then, scoring, awarded via heart tokens, ensues in three ways: 1) The fisher get one heart for every fish cards they fish into the game box using a toy fishing rod. 2) The fisher gets one heart for every time their Catch of the Day guess matches a compliment they receive from the fish. 3) The fisher awards three hearts to their favorite compliment, two hearts to their second favorite compliment, and one heart to their third favorite compliment.
