Turn based game, the goal is to accumulate stoner points by smoking material cards with tool cards.
Earn action coins, and play action cards to mess around with other players and for your personal benefit.
Out-of-turn cards (e.g Short memory, drug test) to interfere with other player moves.
The player who reaches 20 stoner points win the game.
