Forms is a game for two players: Black and White. It is played on the spaces of a square board initially filled with black and white stones in a checkered pattern.
A form is an orthogonally connected grouping of one or more stones of either or both colors. A portion of a larger form is not a form.
Black plays first, then turns alternate. On your turn, perform one of these actions:
Move a friendly stone to an orthogonally adjacent space occupied by an enemy stone, then remove said enemy stone.
Move a friendly stone to an empty space orthogonally adjacent to a different stone in the same form.
After either action, remove all forms other than the one that now includes the stone you just moved.
The last player to move loses.
