Frog Faire 2025

You are a frog! You are competing in the Royal Frog Games held during Frog Faire in honor of the Royal Frog Family. Each year, frogs come from across the land, gathering to reenact the legendary Royal Frog Games in this traditional festival. Will you be the winner of the Royal Frog Crown?

3 interconnected card games (The Long Hop, Swimming, and the Talent Contest). Use precious fly pies to challenge the luck of the draw. Excitement builds towards the final talent contest and performance for the Princess.

Components: 74 cards (main deck: 6 sets of cards 1-10, 10 Goal Cards, and 4 Wild Frog Cards), 30 Fly Pie Tokens.

Game 1: The Long Hop  Are you the best hopper in the land? Goal: Hop the farthest by playing card combinations to score the most points. The game ends when each player has 10 cards. Prizes: first place: 9 fly pies, second place: 6 fly pies, third place: 3 fly pies (3 players), fourth place: 1 fly pie (4 players). Ties: The player with the most Juggling/One cards wins. If there is still a tie, the player who used the fewest Wild Frog Cards wins.

Game 2: Swimming Use your strong frog legs to swim far with style! Goal: Swim the farthest by playing card combinations to score the most points. The game ends when each player has 7 cards. Prizes: first place: 9 fly pies, second place: 6 fly pies, third place: 3 fly pies (3 players), fourth place: 1 fly pie (4 players). Ties: If there is a tie, the player with the most cards in their swim stroke without Wild Frog Cards wins.

Game 3: The Talent Contest (the 3rd and last competition) Take weekly classes in the talents valued by the royal frog family at the Frog Academy. There are a lot of frogs competing for classes, however, so you must choose wisely to grow to be the best performer in the land! Goal: Collect the most cards in each group of talents. [Drafting rows if cards from a grid.] The game ends: after choosing and arranging cards for the final performance. The talents featured in the Royal Games are: 1.Juggling 2. Acrobatics 3. Stilt Walking 4. Music 5. Acting 6. Jousting 7. Poetry 8. Painting 9. Animal Balloonery 10. Comedy.
