About the Game

The year is 2109. The Corporate Government keeps the masses distracted with televised Death Paths while the Broken Cities are left to rot. That's where the gangs live, fight, and fight for survival. Welcome to Gangland.

Gangland: Broken City is a fast-paced, hex-based skirmish game for two players. Each player builds a gang from one of ten unique Factions, recruiting up to eight Fighters with individual abilities, weapons, and equipment. Prepare your crew through the Black Market, where everything from Pistols and Rifles to Boomsticks, Thumpers, armor, and illegal upgrades can make the difference between victory and defeat.

Players take turns activating Fighters, choosing when to Move, Shoot, Fight, Assault, Interact, or attempt risky Special Actions. Combat uses Attack and Defense Dice, with positioning, Cover, and teamwork playing important roles. Job Cards give each gang a mission, Turf Cards determine the battlefield, and the Broken City deck introduces unexpected events, sabotage, and opportunities. Security Drones can also enter the fight. The game ends when a gang completes its Job or the Broken City deck runs out, bringing the authorities down on the battlefield.

Built around a hex grid (sold separately) with no measuring required, Gangland: Broken City delivers fast, tactical miniature combat without hundreds of pages of rules. Fighters aren't just game pieces. They're the scars they earn.
