About the Game

Gardening season has begun, and you and your image-conscious neighbors are going to have a race to see who can mow their lawn the fastest.

In Giftzwerge, each player starts with an identical layout of lawn tiles. Your movement each turn depends on a die roll, with you needing to move the lawnmower exactly the number of spaces rolled; as your lawnmower token touches each tile, you "mow" the grass there and flip it over to its "short" side. Some tiles have special action symbols on the reserve side, possibly slowing you down when you run over a garden gnome (and need to stop and mend it) and possibly slowing down your neighbors (as when you send a mole in their direction to dig holes through the turf).
