Greyhound racing is a thrilling fast paced sport that showcases the incredible natural athleticism and speed of these canine hunters. These canines can reach up to speeds of 45 mph within seconds and they bring that high octane competitive energy to the track. This game captures the exciting outcomes within five turns of play. The game does not use normal space movement as the outcomes will place them into the next section of track according to a greyhounds result per a modified die roll from their card. The track also has modifiers along the top of the track which are added/subtracted from the die roll and those modifiers will be different throughout the length of the track depending on the space they are on. You will be playing a twelve-race season, four options of tier racing to choose from, with quick qualifying trials for the chosen. A race lasts five turns and a turn may incur one or more events along the way to the finish, and there is a good possibility of photo finishes which involves the correct placement over their pace/stamina or running style image on the track. When you purchase the game you will receive an ownership certificate of a greyhound and nine other dogs operating out of your kennel, three dogs in each tier of racing, elite, top grade, and intermediate. You will be involved in training some dogs for the pre-qualifying trials and during the season, all optional as you control how you spend your operating money.
