Description from the back of the box:

"Anytime is party time in this delightful game of birthday surprises! Each player selects a character piece, choosing betweeen a doll, a jack-in-the-box, a tin soldier and a stuffed bear. Players then take turns spinning the spinner and moving their character piece around the colourful board. Colour recognition and memory skills are featured. No reading required to play!"
