About the Game

A Kickstarter and convention promotional card for the base game.

Once advanced, this card provides a one-use technology that allows you to discard all the tiles in the sector pool and refill the pool with new tiles from the stack. When used in conflicts, Cosmic Engineering results in the power from played technology being ignored, but the card must be discarded after use.
