About the Game
Honey Nut Cheerios Spelling Bee Game is for ages 7 and up, and is a spelling and trivia game. It includes 150 cards, a spinner (and combination playing surface) and an electronic unit for BuzzBee the mascot.
Licensed by General Mills (the owners of Cheerios breakfast cereal) and published by Briarpatch, this is a kid's "spelling bee" game, with an electronic "host" in the form of "BuzzBee" the Honey Nut Cheerios bee mascot. The BuzzBee playing piece produces "real studio" sound effects, whatever that means.
Some of the cards are prize cards, and the goal is to answer questions correctly, with the winner being the first to collect 10 cards.
