Időfutár 2022

Időfutár ("Time Runner") is a competitive card game in which a group of players work under conflicting goals centered around a mysterious drafting compass discovered near a school’s cleanup event. Players are divided into two factions: the seventh-grade students and one or more adversaries (agents and antagonists) seeking to seize the compass. Over the course of a card-laid board, players move their characters between locations, hide or transfer the compass, and use trick cards and false leads to misdirect opponents.

The game features asymmetric roles where one player controls the antagonists and the rest control student characters with unique abilities. The students’ objective is to conceal the compass successfully until the draw deck is exhausted, while the antagonists attempt to uncover it by searching locations or capturing students. Timing, deception, cooperation, and memory all play a part as players employ action and item cards to outmaneuver their opponents in this tactical, replayable card game.
