Juego de Kartas de Mister K 2004

A promotional card game based on the series and characters of the short lived spanish comic book magazine Mister K, in the style of the comic magazine El Jueves, but aimed at a teenage demographic.

The set of 80 cards was distributed in waves along the first numbersof the magazine.

A two player game where each player needs its own copy of the deck of cards. There's a short play version of the game, with lots of similaritieds with War.

The main game mode asks players to deckbuild their own deck with limitations on the types of cards depending on the size of the deck. Each character is assigned a mission from their deck and during their first turns, each player builds its play area with captain, helpers, tools energies and hexes, until one declares that is the attacker. When the attacker is declared, the other oplayer plays defensively.

The gooal of the attacker is to beat the mission with scoring enough points in three of four of each objective in the ir mission card, and the defender needs to reduce the scoring in tthree categories to zero, or make it that the attacker doesn't meet the objective in enough scroring coin tosses.
