KUR-NU-GI 2022

KUR-NU-GI is a worker placement game in which players travel as Souls through the darkness of the Sumerian Land of Death. In this dangerous journey, each Soul is accompanied by Shadows - guides and guards at the same time, whose aim is to make sure that Souls do not turn back from the Path of the Dead.

Each player’s goal is to escape and return to the World of the Living, having scored as many Escape Points as possible. To do this, players have to wisely manage their actions and resources - the Prayers that the living say for the dead, the power of Vri-ilu, and the Graces of the Sumerian gods: ANU - god of heaven, ENLIL - ruler of the skies, NINHURSAG - goddess of the earth, ENKI - god of the depths of waters, and DUMUZID - lord of the underworld.

There are various ways of ending the game early, and it is up to the players' strategy how quickly their game ends.

KUR-NU-GI to gra typu „worker placement”, w której gracze jako Dusze podróżują przez mrok sumeryjskiej Krainy Śmierci. W tej niebezpiecznej wędrówce każdej Duszy towarzyszą Cienie –przewodnicy i jednocześnie strażnicy, których celem jest pilnowanie, aby Dusza nie zawróciła ze Ścieżki Umarłych. Celem graczy jest ucieczka i powrót do Świata Żywych zdobywając przy tym jak największą liczbę Punktów Ucieczki. By tego dokonać gracze muszą mądrze zarządzać akcjami oraz zasobami - Modlitwami, które żywi wznoszą w intencji umarłych, mocą Vri-ilu a także Łaskami sumeryjskich bogów: ANU - bogu nieba, ENLILOWI - władcy przestworzy, NINHURSAG - bogini ziemi, ENKIEMU - bogu głębi wód, DUMUZIEMU - panu podziemi. Gra oferuje różne warianty na wcześniejsze zakończenie rozgrywki i to od przyjętej przez graczy strategii będzie zależeć jak szybko ją zakończą.
