About the Game

The Leader country tile was published as a Kickstarter stretch goal for Keyper at Sea.

When a player places a keyple on the Leader country tile, it enables them to additionally play two same-coloured (or white) keyples onto another tile or field and get double the actions or rewards. As a consequence a player can play their team of keyples more quickly and profitably than would otherwise be possible, but are then also likely to have fewer different types of laydown actions to choose from. The leader is a very strong country tile, but is tricky to play optimally and its inclusion should be agreed by all players before starting a game of Keyper or Keyper at Sea.

The Leader was not included in the base games as a regular tile as it seriously disrupts the normal flow of a game. Full details can be found in the files section. It is part of a punchboard in the Keyper at Sea box.
