About the Game

A strategy and adventure game for the whole family. Increase your wealth and fight for influence by building sawmills and mines. Gain an advantage overyour opponents in open combat by seizing their property or plundering their cities. Luck plays a huge role in the success of your mission, but your ability to assess the situation and invest wisely is crucial to your success. Prove that you are a better strategist and host than your opponents and win the castle and the crown.

Game objective

The goal of the game is to build your castle and then be the first to reach the throne room in the centre of the board. Once a player has built a castle and reached the central space (throne room), they win.

Game Overview

Players compete to collect resources, build their castle, and reach the throne room in the center of the board. The first to do so wins.

How to Play

On your turn, you either roll the die (1–3) to move your pawn or spend resources to build.

When you land on resource spaces (gold mines, forests), you claim them with flags and gain gold or wood.

Crossing special lines or spaces makes you draw “Fate” cards — green (good luck) or red (bad luck).

You can buy building cards using wood and gold to develop your city.

Some spaces or actions let you plunder or take over opponents’ areas (luck and chance play a role here).

Building & Fighting

Building gives advantages and is required to complete your castle.

Fighting or plundering occurs when you land on opponents’ claimed areas — the rules are simple and luck-based (no complex dice battles).

Winning the Game

A player wins by:

Building their Castle, then

Reaching the throne room in the center of the board before anyone else.
