About the Game

LUPIN is a team based trick-taking game. Players become characters in Maurice Leblanc's novel and compete for jewels. The gentleman thief Lupin and his lover Raymonde must steal as many jewels as possible. The genius boy Beautrelet, investigator Ganimard and detective Holmes must guard the jewels. As the game progress, you will naturally learn to think like them.

A round is divided into 1. Preparation 2. Planning 3. Crime 4. Scoring.

Preparation: Deal role cards and jewel cards. Planning: Lupin makes plans to win as many jewel cards as possible. Crime: Each team competes to win jewel cards based on trick-taking. Scoring: Score based on whether the crime was successful or not.

The game is played for several rounds until a player scores over 813. A round is a team match, but the team changes every round, so the game is individual.
