About the Game

Applying the DBx system to French Revolution / 1st Empire, "La Grande Armée" is an easy way to test the Napoleonic era with only few miniatures: 12 units + 1 general by camp, 4 footmen for an infantry unit, 3 for heavy cavalry, 2 for light cavalry or infantry, 1 gun & servants for a battery, no camps

This means an average of 40 miniatures by player. A good way to recycle your Risk minis !

"La Grande Armée" was published in Vae Victis n°26 http://vaevictis.histoireetcollections.com/publication/1127/vaevictis-n-26-mai-1999.html

The "DBA Geeks" of Fanaticus.org translated it in English http://www.fanaticus.org/DBA/periodadaptations/vaevictisrules.pdf
