About the Game
La Vallee de la Mort: The Battles of Na San and Dien Bien Phu is a new edition of the games published by The Microgame Design Group and Against the Odds. This new edition has the two games on Na San and Dien Bien Phu, as well as ones on Operations Albatross and Condor all in one package. It also incorporates all of the accumulated addenda from the earlier editions into all of the relevant components.
Each copy of Vallée de la mort should contain the following components:
• Two 11 by 17 and two 8.5 by 11 inch map sheets depicting the terrain the battle was fought over along with charts and tables, and a Terrain Key. Note: The Terrain Key on the Dien Bien Phu map is used for the other two maps as well. • 352 double-sided, un-mounted units. • 30 pages of rules and charts for the three games.
Not supplied with this game but needed for play are one or preferably two six-sided die.
The new High Flying Dice Games edition of La Vallee de la Mort is designed by Paul Rohrbaugh and features graphics by Tim Allen.
