About the Game

This game is a game in the Checkers family, playable on a Byzantine Chessboard. In the game players will advance checkers that stay in a lane when moving, and may end up switching lanes when performing a jump capture. A piece may also switch lanes if it promotes to a King piece.

On a Byzantine chess board, it has 4 rows and 16 columns. Pieces stay in the row they are in during place, and only switch rows when jumping. In the game there are 4 pieces per row per player, and players have a total of 24 pieces a side.
