About the Game

Start at the bear and look way up there... there's an Angel at the top of the Christmas tree!

Grab a button to use as a token, then draw an ornament from the shuffled pile and move ahead along the board track... but watch out for the spaces with setbacks (goats eat your peanuts, ornaments break, monkeyshines and giraffe necks). If you've been nice this year, Santa may smile on you and give you a boost with a tasty peanut or an extra turn.

Keep shuffling and drawing ornaments each round in a race to the top of the tree to see who will arrive first and become the Angel!

This simple boardgame is from the back cover of the book "Christmas at the Little Zoo", written by Beth Vardon and Illustrated by Charlot Byi. The book itself is undated, but was most likely self published sometime in the USA in the 1950's.
