About the Game

M.J.'s Mountain is a solitaire game played with a standard deck of playing cards. It was originally published in the June/July 1989 issue of GAMES Magazine.

In the game, you will start with a row of 7 random cards, and attempt to build the "mountain" by creating new rows above by legally placing a card above each pair of adjacent cards based on the values of the new card and the two below it.

You win the game by finishing the mountain with the placement of the final single card in the 7th row at the peak.
