Magdar: the Second Age is an official print-and-play upgrade intended to be glued over specified tiles and counters in the base game. In addition to rule variants, the expansion includes:

Replacement 3-boulder tiles, designed to make the game last longer. New special feature tiles: Stone of Kings and Well of Souls Counters for a Dwarven Dodgeball variant
