About the Game

"You and other players are all doctors of questionable skills and ethics. Score points when your patients survive, and when they don't. Will you be a hero, a monster, or both?"

You have two dice patients you are caring for... Roll their values and you can improve their health. Doubles and triples allow even more health improvement. Those you can't tend to have their health erode. If the patient die rises above six the patient scores for you and a new patient die comes in. If a die's health erodes below 1, they die and likewise get replaced.
