About the Game
Do you believe in Meritocracy? How sweet.
In Mentirocracia, you will discover what really happens behind the scenes of the corporate world. Start from the bottom, dream big, and pull as many rugs as necessary to achieve the much-desired promotion. But beware: your coworkers will do the same to you! To "help" you on this journey, you will receive valuable advice from the famous Lino Silveira: open relationship manager, celebrity baker, DJ, model, and COACH!
Mentirocracia is a satirical game about the professional advancement process. A biting and humorous critique of the idealized concept of meritocracy, exposing, through playful practice, the absurdities and inconsistencies of a system that lures its prey by selling a supposed social justice. Each player takes on the role of a newly hired professional whose only goal is to reach the top... by any means necessary.
