About the Game
It’s feeding time—Molly is hungry! In Molly Mampfzahn, the game revolves around skillful feeding and clever collecting. But what comes out the back is even more important than what goes in the front! While items like knight’s helmets transform into gold coins, leafy greens turn into coal inside the dragon’s belly—which, in turn, melts the gold coins back down. Who can feed Molly with the most skill and gather the largest treasure?
Each player receives a colored chest along with 10 food tiles. Place Molly in the center of the table and put the 8 starting tiles into her belly. The person who most recently fed an animal gets to go first. Taking turns, players place one of their food tiles onto Molly’s tongue and push it into the dragon lady’s belly. Any tile that falls out the back and onto the table is added to the player’s own chest. Gold coins are worth positive points, while pieces of coal count as negative points. Once all the food tiles have been fed to Molly, the game ends, and the points in the chests are tallied. The player with the highest score wins!
Designed by Frederica Scott Vollrath, the children’s game Molly Mampfzahn offers engaging, fun-filled gameplay for families with children aged 5 and up.
