About the Game

Each player places a set of 9 cones, 8 pawns and a king, in one of the corners of the board. The aim of every player must be to occupy the cone pattern in the middle of the board with their cones. The movement always occurs on the black lines by 1 square, outside the square bordered by a red line in all directions. Once entered, the red square may not be left again. If a cone comes to stand in front of an opponent with an unoccupied space behind it, the former jumps over the other and takes it away. Under certain circumstances, this capturing can be done several times in one go; it is permitted in both straight and transverse directions.

Anyone who misses capturing loses the cone in question.

A king can only be captured by another king.

The cones that occupy the center of the cone pattern can only be captured by other cones within this pattern. A cone that has already been in the center cone pattern, but has come out of it again, is now again subject to the general regulations with regard to capturing and being captured.

As soon as there are only 9 cones left on the board from all parties, the capturing stops and you now limit yourself to forming patterns with the remaining cones that count as much as possible.
