About the Game

It's hot in Vegas. Not just the temperature, or the action at the casinos, but tempers are flaring up across the city and alliances are being formed. Your goal was to win over the right people, but your rival is going for them as well. From the bunkers to the rooftops to the media, you'll need everyone you can to win this war.

Objective Win over the right people in a city-wide conflict by winning battles at different settings using a standard deck of playing cards.

Components 9 Setting Cards (game-specific) 1 Standard Deck of Playing Cards (no jokers)

Setup Choose 3 setting cards and place them in a row between the players. Remove jokers from the deck. Shuffle and deal the deck evenly between both players (face-down piles). Players do not look at their cards.

Gameplay Each round, players: Draw 1 card from their deck. Secretly assign it face-down to one of the 3 settings. Repeat until each player has placed 1 card at each setting. Reveal cards at each setting (left to right). Determine the winner at each setting based on its specific rule. The winner takes all cards played to that setting.

War (Tiebreaker) If there's a tie at a setting: Each player draws 3 cards face-down. Then reveal the next top card of their deck. That card is judged by the setting’s rule. Winner takes all cards played to that setting.

Special Setting Effects Some settings may affect the next turn. Rotate the setting card to face the impacted player as a reminder.

Game End If a player runs out of cards, the game ends immediately. The other player is declared the winner.
