About the Game

Octo, first released as Kleine Froschmusik, is an educational game of memory and singing.

All frog-cards (with frogs in different colours or water lilies) are arranged in a circle face down. Players by turn roll a dice and according to the roll either exchange positions of frog-cards or try to turn up a card with a water lily or a frog in the corresponding colour. If the players turns up the correct card, he gets another turn.

As soon as a player reveals the third frog, he draws a concert-card. This cards show frogs in different posture / height. Players than sing a melody according to the sequence of the frogs (for example arms up = high-pitched, squatting = low-pitched). Then the player who turned up the third frog gets the concert card as his score.

The first player to have three concert cards wins.
