About the Game

"The Oitavos game rules and play draw their inspiration from the actual history and architecture of the Fort of São Jorge de Oitavos. However they were not intended to replicate them exactly. We have created a version that allows everyone to participate in make believe history, and to learn even more about Cascais. Since this is a game, the main goal always is to have fun. The game celebrates the magnificent heritage of the town of Cascais.

The game is for 2 to 6 players who play the role of pirates trying to land and capture the greatest number of barrels of supplies. For age 8 and up. 40 to 60 minute game time."
