About the Game

Origin Goal is a high-stakes tactical football (soccer) simulation board game that blends spatial strategy with dynamic risk management. Designed to bridge the gap between tabletop gaming and professional football thinking, the game challenges players to master the pitch through three core strategic pillars:

1. The Duel of Probabilities: Attack vs. Defense Dice Every confrontation on the pitch is a calculated risk. Players must strategically choose between Attacking and Defending Dice sets, balancing aggressive pushes against defensive stability. This "Risk vs. Reward" mechanic ensures that every tackle and sprint is a mental battle before the dice are cast.

2. Tactical Adaptability: The Event Card System Simulating the unpredictability of a real match, the Event Card system introduces dynamic shifts—tactical fouls, bursts of brilliance, and sudden momentum changes. Success depends on hand management and the ability to adapt your strategy on the fly to counter an opponent’s maneuver.

3. Mastery of Time and Space: The "Origin" Geometry Played on a specialized hexagonal grid, Origin Goal is a game of spatial awareness. The unique "Origin" points (dark green hexagons) act as tactical anchors. A successful interception forces the opponent to reset their formation to these points, requiring players to constantly manage their positioning to either squeeze the space when defending or expand it for a final strike.
