Otherside Trick 2026

Two worlds exist side by side, each governed by its own rules. Every card played can influence both realities, but the rewards of one world may come at a terrible cost in the other. As mysterious entities emerge from the shadows, players must navigate the delicate balance between collecting valuable equipment and avoiding a deadly encounter with the supernatural.

Otherside Trick is a trick-taking game in which every trick produces two winners, one in the Surface World and another in the Otherworld. The first card establishes the Surface World color, while the first different color played establishes the Otherworld color. Players must follow either established color when possible, but may choose freely between them. The highest card of each color wins its respective world, with the Surface World winner collecting equipment cards and the Otherworld winner collecting monster cards. Matching equipment with monsters allows players to capture them for positive points, while unpaired equipment costs points and collecting too many uncaptured monsters can result in death and a fixed negative score.
