About the Game
Outlaw State is a game of tactical roleplaying in the Reagan era.
It is a wargame meant to be played solitaire or cooperatively. Players will command and develop companies of elite operatives fighting for control of a fictional “Outlaw State” over the course of a campaign with an emergent dramatic narrative.
