About the Game

Panzergruppe Kleist is an operational-level wargame covering the advance of Ewald von Kleist's Panzer Group in Ukraine during the opening stages of Operation Barbarossa in 1941. The game was designed by Ryuji Yamashita and originally published in Japan in TACTICS magazine No. 29 in 1986.

The game uses the system of Panzergruppe Guderian. German and Soviet forces maneuver across an area including L'vov, Lutsk, Rovno, Sarny, Korosten, and Proskurov.
