About the Game

An abstract roll-and-write game for one or more where players group like numbers together across two grids. Originally designed for the 2017 GenCan't Roll-and-Write contest.

Each turn, 3 six-sided dice are rolled. All players simultaneously split those dice into two groups - one pair and one single die. The pair is placed on the larger grid where adjacent spaces must match at least one number. The single die is placed on the smaller grid, where players are trying to form areas of identical numbers to score points. After 30 rolls, the game ends. Connections on the larger grid that do not have adjacent matching numbers are "blocks" and lose points. Areas of identical numbers on the smaller grid gain points. Highest score wins.
