About the Game

Paycheck to Billionaire is a strategic financial board game where players start with a modest salary and compete to build a massive corporate empire. The theme centers on the thrilling transition from the daily 9-to-5 grind into the lucrative world of passive wealth. Players must outmaneuver their rivals by utilizing real-world economic principles like leverage, risk management, and aggressive asset acquisition.

During gameplay, players navigate the board to purchase Ventures, manage ongoing card effects through the Investor's Fund, and collect passive income via dividends. However, the path to boardroom domination is highly unpredictable. You must carefully manage your cash reserves and handle Corner Payments while surviving sudden Life Traps—such as expensive sports injuries, medical bills, or a global pandemic. Strategic players will know exactly when to take loans from the Bank to scale their investments and when to play it safe to avoid defaulting on their debt.

To win the game, a player must successfully transition from relying on their starting paycheck to amassing a massive portfolio of assets, being the first to cross the finish line into ultimate wealth. Victory requires balancing smart debt, recurring income, and the financial resilience to weather unexpected economic downturns.
