About the Game
Control the ice, collect pebbles, and find love in this chilly area-control game of the heart for two to four players. Play cards to both win hands AND strategically outmaneuver your foes on the frozen tundra board. Will your clever play win you the love and pebbles needed for victory, or will you be pushed aside by a more worthy rival?
How to Play
On Your Turn Play a card to try and win a trick and gain a love token. - Starting player establishes lead suit - Highest value of the lead suit card wins the trick - You do NOT have to follow suit!
Take two actions … - Place a unit on a space matching the number of your played card - Use a power of your played card
- The Scurry suit (carriage icon) allows you to move up to two units 1 or 2 tiles each - The Court suit (heart icon) allows you to place 1 of your penguin units or one pebble token that contains 2 or more penguins - The Collect suit (diamond icon) allows you to place 1 pebble token on any tile - The Push suit allows you to choose a tile where you have a penguin and you may move 1 of each player's penguins there to adjacent tiles
- Go Fishing for a new card from the card row and gain a bonus fish token
Gain victory points by … - Controlling spaces and territories - Owning Love Tokens and Fish Tokens
