About the Game

Peek-a-saurs is a charming game for the youngest board gamers and their parents. Inside the colorful box you’ll find four buildable 3D dino-mamas, colorful baby dinosaurs of different species, and a large easy-to-roll die. Simple rules and short rounds make it perfect for a first introduction to board games. The game develops memory, attention, visual perception, and the ability to follow other players’ actions!

Assemble the four 3D dino-mamas, place them on the table, and hide five random baby dinosaurs under each one. The first player is the one who last watched a cartoon about dinosaurs! Players take turns rolling the die and, depending on the result, perform one of three actions:

Find a baby dinosaur – lift any dino-mama and take one baby dinosaur of the type shown on the die. If there are several, take just one. Meet a pterodactyl – name any type of baby dinosaur, peek under two dino-mamas, and take the baby you need. Then, while the other players close their eyes, secretly move one baby dinosaur from under the second dino-mama to the vacated spot! Hear a T-rex – while everyone closes their eyes, secretly take any baby dinosaur from under any dino-mama.

The game ends when one of two things happens: if the die shows a type of baby dinosaur that is no longer under any dino-mama, or if a player lifts a dino-mama and finds no baby dinosaurs left under it.

The winner is the player who has collected the most babies. In case of a tie, the player with the highest number of baby dinosaurs of a single type wins. If there is still a tie, victory is awarded to all leaders!
