Pimple Pete is a children's dexterity game in which players must extract pimples from a patient's plastic head.
Each player takes turns spinning the spinner. The arrow will land on one of four places: Pete's forehead, left cheek, right cheek, or chin. The number of points a player earns for extracting each pimple depends on the level of difficulty.
If a player pulls a pimple the wrong way as Pete's head rocks back and forth too much, the big "mega zit" on his nose blasts you with water.
