About the Game

Poisson Rouge is a calling-out and concentration game that plays on a universal reflex: reading instead of seeing.

Taking turns, players must call out as quickly as possible the entire sequence of colors visible on the table. But be careful: you must say the color you see, not the one you read.

The slightest mistake, hesitation, or slow response means you lose your turn… and the cards pile up. The goal is simple: finish the game with as few cards as possible.

Quick to explain, easy to play, and challenging from the very first seconds, Poisson Rouge is a tense and clever family game where everyone gets tricked… often with laughter.
