Rapport: As a trained experience Community Resource Officer you can impact situations others can't: At any time you can turn in a donut to add or subtract a pip to any die rolled in relation to your location if any punk tokens are also present

Respect: They look up to you, so interviewing juveniles when they are away from their cohorts works well: At the end of your turn you may draw an investigation card from any deck if you are parked next to a lone punk token
