Ahoy! It's an exciting 3-dimensional rescue game!
Along with [GAMEID=28166] this spin-and-move boardgame was published in 1981 to promote the ill-received Robert Altman film.
Complicated setup of the 3-D wharf elements plus simplistic choices (Get a tax card! Spinach for you! No Spinach for you!) based on the color spun (shades of [GAMEID=5048]) make this a forgettable addition to the growing list of Popeye themed board games.
