About the Game

A fast-paced, miniature-agnostic skirmish wargame where every die matters and magic is as volatile as the environment.

Prism Raid uses a unique dual-dice engine that brings every die to the table, combining a highly tactical combat resolution system with the chaotic, emergent narrative of colored Prism Dice.

It is designed to be accessible enough for commanders of all ages to pick up quickly, while maintaining the deep tactical crunch, positioning, and consequence that veteran wargamers crave.

About the system

The Rank Die System: Your unit's core skill is represented by a single die, from a lowly Rookie (d4) to a legendary monster (d12). Every roll is an opposed Clash—no bloated stat blocks required. Colored Prism Dice: Winning a Clash or casting a spell allows you to roll colored d6s to trigger unique tactical effects. Use the Orange Prism to violently push an enemy into a rushing river, or the Red Prism to deal a devastating lethal strike.

What is Included?

A complete, fully bookmarked PDF rulebook containing core rules, armory, magic systems, and campaign progression 5 distinct Scenarios (from standard skirmishes to Shard Runs). Printable, high-contrast A4 Landscape Quick-Reference Sheets (Appendices) for seamless tabletop play. BONUS: A link to a free, custom-built HTML Warband Builder to quickly draft and print your raiding parties.

A note on AI usage: AI was used for upscaling, reworking childhood drawings, designing the cover and proofreading. The idea, the system are all a creation of human mind, joy and love for tabletop gaming.
