About the Game
Qualified! is a party game about absurd job interviews.
In each round, one player takes the role of the employer while another player becomes the applicant. The applicant is given a job and must convince the employer that they are the perfect candidate. Two personality traits make the interview more challenging: one trait is chosen by the applicant, while another is assigned by another player.
The applicant pitches themselves for the position while incorporating both traits into their performance. The employer then decides which candidate deserves the job. Roles change over the course of the game, giving every player the chance to improvise, persuade, and judge the other applicants.
Players earn jobs through successful interviews, and the player with the most successful applications wins.
