About the Game

In Racket Dice, each player has one special skill die for each of three abilities: hitting, agility, and stamina. The number of sides on the die indicates how good they are in five increments (d4, d6, d8, d10, and d12 is the best). Players start low but upgrade these skills during the game. Upgrades involve sacrifice, requiring players to choose the right moment to advance a skill. The three skills are unique and lead to different playstyles. A specialist in hitting makes more hand-winning plays. The agility player builds their energy stockpile for later advantage. The stamina specialist wins long points with very high numbers.

—description from the publisher

Roll, bid, and bluff your way to victory in this two-player dice game about racket sports.

It's two games in one. Play tennis or squash, on opposite sides of the board.

Your dice indicate the talents of your athlete. You have one die for each skill. The more sides your die has, the greater your level of ability. If you have a 12-sided hitting die, you'll be sending a lot of winners. If you have a 4-sided agility die, expect to make some positional errors.

Your dice can be upgraded during the game. Pursue a unique promotion strategy. With different skills come different playstyles.

The serving player sets the stakes. Set them high if you have a great roll – or bluff your opponent into thinking you do.

Gather energy and spend it at the right moments. Use extra energy to win this hand – but be careful you aren't too tired to win the next one.

Promote your dice, bluff your opponent, and spend your energy wisely.

Soon you'll be lifting the cup!
