About the Game

Ring Poker is a 2–3 player card-drafting and hand-building game in which players construct and compare multiple poker hands.

Each round, six cards are turned face up in a ring. Players take turns selecting two adjacent cards, with gaps forming as cards are removed, limiting future options. The starting player rotates each round, and drafting continues until all cards have been taken over nine rounds.

At the end of the draft, each player uses their cards to build three five-card poker hands (Jokers are wild in straights and flushes). These hands are then revealed and compared position by position: best vs. best, second vs. second, third vs. third. A point is awarded for each winning comparison. The player with the highest total score wins, with ties broken by the strength of the lowest-ranked hand.
