About the Game

This is Roll Initiative.

It’s not just a board game. It’s the spark that gets your game night going.

Imagine if rolling for initiative was the whole game. No campaigns to track or game master to guide you. Just dice, instincts, and a table full of people who are about to get very competitive. Add drinks to the mix, and now it matters.

The goal is simple. Survive the round.

To start a round, everyone grabs their die, their drink, and a random ability card. Then, all at once, everyone rolls, and the game begins. With no turn order, everyone must quickly play or scramble to stay in the game. Use your ability to boost your own roll, throw someone else off, or completely shift the round. Plans come together fast… and unravel even faster.

No turns. No downtime. Just quick decisions, perfectly timed plays, and the constant chance to flip the outcome in your favor.

Roll high and feel safe. Roll low and be forced to get creative.

Because at the end of the round, the lowest roll doesn’t just cost you a life.

You drink it.

Each round captures the chaos of a classic fantasy encounter, stripped down to its most exciting moments. Rolling dice, unleashing abilities, and doing whatever it takes to survive.

No long setup. No waiting your turn.

Just grab a drink, roll some dice, and find out what kind of friend you really are when survival is on the line.
