About the Game

From the Box,

" In fast-paced rounds of twists and turns, you force your opponent to score MORE while you score LESS. "

" Play your cards right to turn the rotating penalty pointer 'round and 'round. It could be a wheel of mis-fortune for your opponents. "

" But watch out ! Don't let the pointer stop on your turn ! If it does, you're stuck with the penalty points ! One way out is to play a special "wild" card. Can you do it ? If you can, you have turned the tables on your opponent ! End the game with the lowest total score and you're the winner. "

" It takes a lot of strategy and a little luck to do a turnabout in ROUND-A-BOUT. Are you ready to take a turn ? "
