Rumor has it is a conspiracy themed card game born from the need to uncover concealed truths. There are many secrets in the world, some are hiding in plain sight, others thrive in the shadows.
With Rumor has it, you control the narrative.
Using one card from each of the 4 categories, create weird and wondrous conspiracies to shock and confound your friends.
How to play
Pick the Judge Shuffle cards, randomly select 4 (one per category) All other players create a conspiracy with these cards, then present to The Judge in turn The Judge selects a winner; the winner becomes the next round’s Judge First one to become The Judge three times wins
