About the Game

This is a strategic level wargame for 3 to 7 players based on Three Kingdoms era in the Chinese history. The game title "sei ki hei kuu" is Japanese pronunciation of "旌旗蔽空" (Mandarin Chinese pronunciation is "jīng qí bì kōng"). This phrase means "many (military) flags obscure the sky". This phrase is quoted from "Former Ode on the Red Cliffs" by chinese poet Su Shi. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Former_Ode_on_the_Red_Cliffs

Player control one warlord in the end of Han dynasty. The turn order of player's operation phase and common administration phase is decided at random. Leaders ability influences diplomacy and military operations greatly.

The player who controls many provinces is a winner at the end of the game.

This game is supplement of Japanese Tactics Magazine #39, and die-cut counter was sold separately.
