About the Game

狩猟の時代~大河の恵み~ (Shuryo no Jidai~Taiga no Megumi~) is an expansion to 狩猟の時代 (Shuryou no Jidai). The title means 'Era of Hunting - The Blessings of Taiga'. Taiga is boreal forest, a mix of pine, spruce and larch trees, typically with lakes and rivers.

This expansion introduces new elements to the game, and gives rules for a two player game. There are also additional pieces and boards to include in the base game.

Rivers and Fish - River cards tuck under the hunting grounds. As players collect resources, they can also get fish when they are shown in the corresponding spaces in the river. Fish can be used as food, or sacrificed on Altars.

Altars - there are ten double-sided cards which give 20 Altars. Players can sacrifice fish here and receive bonuses, either immediate or permanent. user summary
